These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our "Refer a Friend" scheme (the "Scheme"). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
- The Scheme is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of Great Britain.
- Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of O'Malley Financial Services trading as Calluna Financial (hereinafter referred to as "Calluna Financial") or O'Malley Property Consultants are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
- Referred Friends must complete on Mortgage or Protection Business to qualify.
How to Participate:
- To participate in the Scheme, you must be an existing customer of Calluna Financial or O'Malley Property Consultants.
- Refer a friend by either providing their name and contact details or asking them to get in touch directly.
- Referred friends must confirm the referrer's name and mention The Scheme.
- Referred friends must meet any qualifying criteria set by Calluna Financial, such as completing on a Mortgage Application or Protection Business.
Rewards:
- Upon successful completion of the qualifying criteria by the referred friend, both the referrer will be eligible to receive a reward as specified by Calluna Financial.
- Rewards may include discounts, credits, gift cards, or other promotional items, subject to change at the discretion of Calluna Financial.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
Fraudulent Activity:
- Calluna Financial reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of engaging in fraudulent or unethical behaviour, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, spamming, or abusing the Scheme.
- Any rewards obtained through fraudulent activity will be revoked, and appropriate legal action may be taken.
Modification and Termination:
- Calluna Financial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Participants in progress will be notified of any changes to the Scheme.
Privacy:
- By participating in the Scheme, you acknowledge and agree that Calluna Financial may collect, use, and share personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Maximum Limits:
- The maximum number of recommendations that can be made by an existing customer is 10.
